Emanating from Morteau in France, YEMA has always aimed to appeal the military, astronauts, sportsmen and explores with their watches.
As an independent watchmaker, YEMA engineers proprietary standard and manufacture-grade mechanical watch movements since 2011.
Over the past two years, YEMA has made investments aimed at insourcing a good part of its production and improving the quality of its manufacturing processes by using new equipment as well as expanding and modernising its workshops and production lines
In addition, YEMA now works with new local partners to secure a more responsible and higher quality production. Werthanor, a Swiss company located 15 km from the YEMA workshops, and which works with the world’s biggest watch brands, is now one of its main suppliers.
The brand will be exhibiting at this year’s WatchPro Salon in London on 10-11 November.
