TJDC announced as The World’s Greatest Showrooms category sponsor

Store equipment supplier, The Jewellery Display Company, will sponsor the Best New or Refurbished Store category in the luxurious magazine.

TJDC has become a category sponsor for the upcoming coffee table book, The World’s Greatest Showrooms.

Store equipment supplier, The Jewellery Display Company, will sponsor the Best New or Refurbished Store category in the luxurious magazine.

Explaining why the supplier has chosen to sponsor a category in The World’s Greatest Showrooms, TJDC director Jacob Nightburg said: “We are very excited about this new format and couldn’t resist supporting this great showcase of diversity and excellence.

“This was the perfect category for us to sponsor as it is highly relevant to our business.

“Having worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands we would like to think we have contributed to The World’s Greatest Showrooms.”

Nightburg added: “At TJDC, we offer Europe’s largest range of ‘off-the-shelf’ display items as well as cabinets and presentation accessories i.e. gloves, trays, signage etc.. making it easy for our customers big and small to achieve the perfect presentation and elevate their in-store experience.”

Published in partnership with WATCHPRO’s sister publication, Professional JewellerThe World’s Greatest Showrooms will feature the best jewellery and watch boutiques from around the world.

Highlighting the value of the sponsorship, Nightburg explained: “In the golden age of e-commerce it is easy to forget just how important brick and mortar stores are.

“The benefit for a company like TJDC is to remind clients that nothing can replace a memorable experience in store, especially in the jewellery and watch industry.”

Creative director, Camille Casteran explained the types of boutiques that TJDC is hoping to see in the Best New or Refurbished Store category: “While we are all bound to follow trends (us first!) we love to look at brands and stores that create their own unique visual language, such as Asprey’s with their complete rebrand, and independent jewellery designer Daniella Draper.”

The World’s Greatest Showrooms will launch in January and be circulated with partner titles in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The coffee table book will also be featured online with  watchpro.com, professionaljeweller.com and arabianbusiness.com, ensuring it is read by millions of people worldwide.

When asked how important it is for these amazing stores to be acknowledged by  WATCHPRO and Professional Jeweller globally, Nightburg said: “It is essential that stores within the industry have a unified voice, and who better to represent them than an industry specific publication as influential as Professional Jeweller.

“Independent retailers work very hard to offer a unique and qualitative experience to their customers and it is key for their efforts to be acknowledged.”
