Q&A: British brand BVOR begins with a bang

Launching in December 2022, the brand’s three co-founders are over the moon with how things have started.

British-based watch brand BVOR has had a quick start since it officially launched in December of last year. WatchPro spoke with the company’s three co-founders, Nurul Alom, Oliver Smith and Henry Johnston to find out more.

WatchPro: How has the year started for you?

BVOR: We have had a successful year so far and we are pleased with the support we’ve received from our audience since the official launch in December 2022. The public and consumers have provided an amazing amount of support, and our marketing efforts, including word-of-mouth and social media, have been effective. BVOR’s brand story has attracted a lot of attention, and other businesses have offered valuable support and advice on how to grow the brand. Overall, we are delighted with the strong start to the year.

WatchPro: Have you seen strong growth in sales since you began?

BVOR: Our sales growth has been impressive, indicating that there is a significant consumer base that highly values the quality of our product design and manufacturing. While presales were a significant contributor to our early success, we are currently selling a timepiece every other week since December 2022, which was our official launch.

WatchPro: How do you plan on evolving your collection over time?

BVOR: We have exciting plans to collaborate with sports professionals and develop a new series of timepieces. Our team is currently working on designing new models, and we hope to have the samples ready soon and release them to the public by the end of the year. While we can’t reveal too much information now, we are keeping our plans under wraps and looking forward to surprising our audience.

WatchPro: What type of individuals are you hoping to meet at the World Time event later in the year?

BVOR: We are eagerly anticipating the World Time event and the opportunity to meet new people every day. Connecting with consumers is a passion of ours, and we enjoy sharing our brand’s story and values with them. We believe it’s important for them to build a connection with the brand, and we value their feedback, which is instrumental in the development of our product. Additionally, we look forward to seeing how other brands are faring in the industry. As this is a new event for us, we are excited to participate and make the most of the experience.
