Oris has entered into a collaboration with the aeronautical organisation Wings of Hope, producing two limited edition watches.
Both powered by the Calibre 401 and based on the signature Big Crown pilot’s watch, one is 40mm of steel and is limited to 1,000 pieces.
The other is 38mm and made of solid 18-carat yellow gold and is limited to 100 pieces.
Wings of Hope was founded 60 years ago and is a US-based aeronautical humanitarian organisation.
Twice nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, Wings of Hope has used the power of aviation to bring medical support to remote and vulnerable communities in more than 50 countries.
Both come on Cervo Volante sustainable deer leather straps and will be available from October.
The steel edition will retail for £2,750, while the gold edition will be available for £12,600.
