A Moön Skull watch produced by a collaboration between Le Rhöne and Mexican contemporary artist Marcos Cojab from Alquimiamc, has raised €75,000 for Unicef at a charity auction.
The watch was made in a limited edition run of seven pieces, normally selling for €35,000.
It features Alquimiamc’s emblematic skull, an important symbol in Mexican culture, in a complication that circles the dial.
The watch comes in a 41mm carbon figure case with Unicef etched on the side, and is worn on a blue rubber strap.
