Garmin is recruiting for a National Account Manager responsible for its range of watches.
The role is office-based in Southampton, with the option for hybrid working after probation of 3 days per week in the office.
Salary is £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The Role
To grow Garmin sales in our high-profile, high priority customers through building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally; completing and building on business reviews; successful promotional plans, product launches, trade events and forecasting; and generally providing outstanding account management to improve sales and profitability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To achieve agreed business aims and objectives including sales, costs and profitability for designated key accounts
- To successfully carry out the agreed market development strategy
- To optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- To always have available up to date, relevant and accurate information on customers and prospects contacts and activities
- Ensure all necessary members of your designated key accounts’ associates are fully trained on relevant Garmin products
- Ensure all POS material is available and displayed in the stores
- To aid business development and support excellent customer relations
- Building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships internally
- Keep relevant Garmin knowledge and skills up to date
- Support on going sales
Experience & Qualifications;
- Significant Sales/Marketing experience
- Ideally experience as a National Account Manager, or a Sale Executive/Key Account Manager looking for a step up to manage high profile national accounts
- Experience within the watch & Jewellery sector would be advantageous.
- Good general educational level (A level or equivalent as evidenced by written, oral and numeracy/analysis skills)
- Full Driving License
