Hamilton & Inches has successfully qualified as an official Rolex Service Centre in its home city of Edinburgh.
The 155-year-old independent jeweller recently completed a significant renovation of its store and workshops on George Street that put high-quality watch service and repairs at the heart of its operation.
Rolex has been encouraging its authorised dealers to invest in watchmakers and services so that fewer watches need to be sent to its overstretched after sales centres at Kings Hill in Kent and the company’s Mayfair headquarters.
Hamilton & Inches can now issue two year Rolex Service Guarantees on any watches that go through its department.
Customers can also see their watches being worked on by the jewellers expert watchmakers.
