On March 9, Fears Watch Company is set to unveil the Brunswick 38 ‘1924 Edition,’ a distinctive timepiece marking the centennial celebration of the gentleman’s cushion-cased watch Fears first made in 1924.
This marks the reintroduction of a sterling silver case, a nod to the company’s heritage and the watches it produced in the 1920s. Limited to just 10 pieces, each watch will be uniquely numbered and hallmarked.
Exclusive to the British Watchmakers’ Day, the Brunswick 38 ‘1924 Edition’ joins the collection’s existing gold and platinum options. The watch boasts a captivating polished white lacquer dial with an aesthetic reminiscent of late Edwardian and early Art Deco numeral designs.
The hand-polished white lacquer provides depth to the surface, complementing the crisp numerals in Fears Blue. Time is elegantly displayed with blued ‘Fears Pipette’ hands, and a larger subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock pays homage to the original 1924 design.
Available exclusively on British Watchmakers’ Day, each of the watches is numbered, engraved on the closed caseback and presented with a signed owner’s card and a premium TownTalk silver cleaning cloth.

The Fears Brunswick 38 ‘1924 Edition’ is priced at £3,950 inc. VAT and will be available for purchase at fearswatches.com during the event at London’s Lindley Hall on Saturday March 9.
