Brellum has introduced its final limited-edition timepiece of the year, the Pandial LE.3 DD DLC Chronometer.

Brellum has introduced its final limited-edition timepiece of the year, the Pandial LE.3 DD DLC Chronometer.

Limited to 17 pieces, it is delivered on a full black DLC case and bracelet, and offers increased hardness without compromising on style.

Launching today, Sebastien Muller, the man behind the brand, explains how the LE.3 is an expression of the perfect action man.

He says: “Whether you are donning a casual jumper or your sleekest tuxedo, equip yourself with this timepiece that is licensed to thrill.”

Black is Black DLC

Designed to break from the shackles of convention, the LE.3 is enclosed within a deep black DLC case and bracelet.

DLC coating is used in all engine, machine, and aviation industries for increasing mechanical resistance to materials with the hard layer being applied through a plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition process.

It is allergic free and very environmentally friendly too.

DLC coating has many advantages for watches as the hardness of the surface is increased to approximately 800 Vickers.

Hi-Tech and Versatile

A classy, versatile watch, due to its hardness and premium DLC blackout design, the new release seamlessly complements any outfit.

The white and black dial, lume-coated, diamond-cut hands and indices emphasize the striking colour contrast that characterizes the Pandial range and indicates time in all its elements.

For this model, functionality includes hours, minutes, seconds, day, date, chronograph 12 hours and a tachymeter.

The DLC coating, though wafer-thin at a few microns thick, not only gives an elegant black aesthetic, but also provides durability and scratch-resistance, designed to endure the daily toils of life.

A Strap for Any Wrist

To assure comfort without a trade-off for quality, Brellum has left the choice of strap to the wearer, with both a DLC stainless-steel bracelet and an integrated black Nebur Tec strap and black DLC deployment buckle all on offer.

The Valjoux Movement

In terms of what is powering the timepiece, the Valjoux 7750 movement can be admired through the sapphire exhibition case back, the components of which are decorated with Perlage, Geneva stripes and blue screws.

In addition, the rotor, individually numbered, is black coated as well which underline the black style.

A self-winding movement that boasts 25 jewels and a 46-hour power reserve has been seamlessly engineered to serve as the engine of the LE.3.

Collective with all Brellum timepieces, the movement is officially Chronometer certified by the COSC and is delivered with the original certification.

At £3,060 including VAT and shipping worldwide, it is available on brellum.swiss from today.
