Apartments go on sale at Franck Muller skyscraper for £500,000

Frank Muller building in Dubai is being billed as the tallest clock tower in the world.

A 450 metre skyscraper is being built in the Middle East’s commercial capital, Dubai, with a Franck Muller clock as its crowning glory.

Apartments went on sale this month with the off-plan starting price for a two-bedroom apartment starting at the equivalent of £508,000.

The building is being billed as the tallest clocktower in the world and will generate sales of £440 million when sold out, according to agents in the United Arab Emirates.

It is the second skyscraper project in Dubai to be aligned with a luxury watch brand.

Jacob & Co intends to have its name beaming out from a diamond light-topped tower in Dubai; a city state where even the most extraordinary real estate dreams can become a reality.

“With our latest project, where architectural opulence meets timeless luxury – we bring Franck Muller’s first-ever branded residences,” says Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, which is developing the project.

“An exclusive branded residential project; this will stand as a testament to our commitment to crafting unparalleled and never-seen spaces that resonate with our brand partner’s essence and prestige”.

Erol Baliyan, managing director of Franck Muller, adds: “We are delighted to expand in the Middle East with this unprecedented partnership with London Gate.

“We have been strategically exploring the branded residential market in the UAE to bring the heritage of brand excellence to the realm of real estate. We are glad to find the right partner with a reputed realtor like London Gate who shares our brand vision and believes in the values of Franck Muller.

“It is incredible to launch Franck Muller’s first-ever real estate collaboration in a world-class city like Dubai, known to be one of the most vibrant, luxurious, and developed cities in the world”.

Construction is underway and the first residents are expected to move in throughout 2027.
