WATCHPRO and Watchfinder have come together to launch a new award for Watchmaker of the Year.
The first prize will be presented at the WATCHPRO Awards on November 10.

The Watchmaker of the Year category is open to graduates of the major watchmaking schools and people working within retailers’ or brands service centres.
The award aims to find an individual with truly exceptional watchmaking skills, and who makes an outstanding contribution to their company.
Watchfinder is sponsoring the inaugural Watchmaker of the Year Award as part of its mission to promote watchmaking as a profession.
There is a global shortage of watchmakers, and companies ranging from the biggest brands to small independent retailers are competing for the best talent.
The sixth edition of the WATCHPRO Awards takes place on November 10 at 8 Northumberland, a spectacular Victorian ballroom just off Trafalgar Square in Central London.
Guests at the Awards who stay overnight in London can then make their way to WATCHPRO Salon, the UK’s biggest luxury watch show, which runs from November 11-12 at The Londoner on Leicester Square.
There is a special breakfast sessions for retailers on November 11, plus a spectacular opening event in the evening for exhibitors, retailers, press and collectors.

WATCHPRO Salon is a showcase of prestige watchmakers where collectors, brands, retailers and press meet in 5-star luxury.
Back for a second time after a spectacular debut in 2021, the two-day event takes place from November 11 to 12 at The Londoner, one of the capital’s most spectacular 5-star hotels on London’s Leicester Square.
