London-based STORM is reporting that its customers are increasingly trending towards red dialled watches, especially when paired with the watch brand’s signature slate ion-plated stainless steel.
STORMÂ sees this as a subtle shift in customer demand.
Where they once favoured the brand’s steel timekeepers with laser blue dials, they are now shifting to an equally distinctive and eye-catching look, but now red is the new blue.
“Our wearers definitely like to be noticed and no other colour stands out quite like red,” a spokesperson for STORM tells WatchPro.
This season sees STORM strengthen it’s range of red-dialled watches with a slate-red version of their bestselling men’s Avalonic watch.
The quartz model, in a bold 47mm blackened steel case and bracelet, is retailing now for £189.
