Perrelet turbine chrono

Perrelet presents Turbine Chrono

Perrelet has added a chronograph complication to its Turbine collection to create the Turbine Chrono.

This development of the Turbine collection, which was first introduced in 2009, provides its chronograph measurements via a central seconds chronograph hand and a 60-minute counter. The central seconds chronograph hand runs over a large inner bezel surrounding the dial and the 60-minute counter is compsed of two juxtapositioned sapphire crystal elements. A graduated mobile disk turns in the centre of a fixed ring, marked with a red arrow that has the inscription ‘min’ and pointing to the recorded times.

Meanwhile, the chronograph counter is transparent so that the signature Turbine watches rotor is clearly visible. The blades can be seen feely sweeping over the underdial surface.

The new additons comprise five models, with rubber straps and 47mm-diameter cases with tachometric bezels and applied rings. The timepieces are powered by the exclusive double-rotor )361 movement, which is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.
