Omega creates 3D Co-Axial vid for global campaign

Omega has created a 3D animated film about its Co-Axial movement that it will use as part of a global advertising campaign.

The 70-second film, which you can watch below, brings the intricate parts of Omega’s most famous movement to life in striking detail.

The video will be used to create TV and online ad campaigns that will launch in the UK tonight. The first ad will air this evening on ITV1 at 9.35pm and the campaign will run on TV and online until May 25.

The watch brand said that it chose to create the video because "the perfection of the calibres was more easily conveyed in images than in words".

The moving images are set to Smiling, a song originally composed by Harry Gregson-Williams and recorded by the Seattle Session Orchestra that was part of the soundtrack to the film Man on Fire.
