Omega has announced that it will be auctioning 11 MoonSwatch Moonshine Gold suitcases through world-renowned auction house Sotheby’s between 12th and 24th February.
Each suitcase will contain all 11 ‘Mission to Moonshine Gold’ watches, which represents the first time that these models will be offered together in one set.
100% of the proceeds from the sale will be given to Orbis International, an organisation that fights avoidable blindness and vision loss around the world.
The 11 suitcases will go on display at 11 Omega boutiques around the world (Zurich, Tokyo, Bangkok, Singapore, Honk Kong, Beijing, New York, Milan, London, Paris and Sydney) from 1st to 11th February.
This global grand tour will be sure to stir up interest from the loyal fans of the original launch of the 11 MoonSwatch timepieces in 2022. The models were produced in bioceramic and paid tribute to the Omega Speedmaster design.
The auction will be accessible globally online at Sothebys.com, where the bidding will start on 12th February and end on 24th February, which is the next full moon.
