Seiko’s crisp, angular and much adored King Seiko KSK, first seen in 1965, is making a comeback.
Two new KSK models have been announced, each using slimline Caliber 6L35 housed in a thoroughly modern 38.6mm diameter case that is just 10.7mm thick.
The movement has a power reserve of 45 hours.
As sporty watches get more elegant, the new KSK is a perfect crossover piece from day into a dressier night.
There are to options, one with a silver dial with sunray finish, the other in black.
They have the Seiko logo at the top of the dial and King Seiko Automatic below centre.
It is all about the angles with the KSK, particularly the chiselled lugs with large, flat polished surfaces and crisp edges.
They go on sale in July for £2,900 at Seiko Boutiques and select retail stores.
