Bucherer 1888 has partnered with Tudor on a monobrand boutique opening in central London.
The Covent Garden store opened on November 27th and is located to nearby fashion and beauty stores, as well as award-winning restaurants and theatres.
Reflecting on the opening, Adrian Maronneau, Bucherer’s Managing Director in the UK, said: “Having stocked TUDOR watches in our boutiques for many years, and collaborated on a limited edition Bucherer BLUE timepiece with the prestigious brand, we are delighted to strengthen this partnership further with a new mono-brand boutique neighbouring our flagship store in London’s iconic Covent Garden.
“We look forward to welcoming clients into the new space and launch TUDOR’s first prestige boutique in the heart of London.”
While a spokesperson for Tudor added: “Opening a monobrand TUDOR boutique with long standing retail partner Bucherer 1888, in the heart of London reinforces TUDOR’s presence in this vibrant and bustling location.
“Growing brand awareness further, this boutique will display brand history and give customers the opportunity to experience TUDOR timepieces using interactive exhibitions and immerse themselves into the TUDOR spirit.”
As part of the boutique, the brand’s distinctive image will be reflected throughout with red, black and grey colour hues combined with a mixture of high-quality finishes.
These materials are used in a clean, streamlined and uncompromising manner. Satin-finish or brushed black, transparent red and structured white to really create a vibrant interior.
This boutique will also feature an interactive module highlighting the steps taken to produce the bronze case of the exclusive Boutique Edition Black Bay Fifty-Eight Bronze watch as well as the opportunity to take a wrist shot with this model.
There will also be a wall feature with a historical time line documenting the 60 years of TUDOR diving watches accompanied by a life size model of a combat diver.
The TUDOR boutique will offer an exceptional range of men’s and women’s timepieces, including a range of classic, sport, diving and heritage inspired watches, as well as the exclusive Black Bay Fifty-Eight Bronze Boutique Edition which is available only at TUDOR mono-brand boutiques.
