Mappin & Webb has relocated its Bluewater showroom in Kent, tripling its footprint with a contemporary and open plan layout and a Rolex room that has doubled in size.
The showroom is located on the first floor of the shopping centre, opposite the Apple store.
This significantly larger space provides a bright luxury environment with soft blush accents which add a feminine touch for a warm inviting atmosphere.
Nestled between branded watch areas is a taster of some of the branded jewellery on offer, with a sales counter featuring Fope, Roberto Coin, and Pasquale Bruni.
This leads into the new jewellery gallery offering bridal and diamond jewellery with a wide range of engagement rings and wedding bands.
The jewellery area extends further, featuring more branded jewellery from Kiki McDonough as well as diamond and coloured gemstone Mappin & Webb collections.
Clients can relax and enjoy the hospitality bar, which is situated within the jewellery gallery, with the option to indulge in a glass of champagne while perusing the collections.
President of the Watches of Switzerland Group for the UK & Europe, Craig Bolton said: “We are thrilled to be significantly expanding the Mappin & Webb presence in Bluewater.
“At Mappin & Webb we are committed to providing our clients with a luxury shopping experience that differs to any other jewellery store by embracing our brand traditions and heritage.
“The local clientele will experience the latest design concept from Mappin & Webb, which is both luxurious and sophisticated, with the aim of showcasing the iconic pieces from the brand, as well as those from brand partners.
“The Rolex room is double the size of the previous showroom with a dedicated in-house Rolex technician.
“There is a large Cartier room, adjacent to the main showroom with further branded watch areas for IWC, Hublot, Panerai, and Girard-Perregaux.
“We are also delighted to bring the new luxury jewellery brand Pasquale Bruni to our Bluewater clients to complement the existing branded jewellery offering from Fope, Roberto Coin, and Kiki McDonough, alongside Mappin & Webb own-brand jewellery.
“There is a fantastic mix of timepieces and jewellery that our expert hosts look forward to showing the clients, it’s the perfect time to visit.”
There is also a large Rolex room with dual entrances, one from the main concourse and another via the Mappin & Webb showroom.
Every element of the interior design features the elegant Rolex aesthetic, through carefully calibrated colours, patterns, and furnishings.
American walnut, beige-coloured Travertine stone, and hand-crafted stucco panels form the backdrop for the selection of timepieces from the heritage brand.
Meanwhile, a large Cartier room boasts a dedicated front window and client seating areas.
The Maison’s colour, Cartier Red, is used in small touches to highlight the contours of the focus wall.
Additional branded areas for IWC, Hublot, Panerai, and Girard-Perregaux have highly-trained specialists on hand to advise clients on the history and technical details of each timepiece – ensuring that they acquire the right timepiece to suit their needs.
Clients can benefit from the aftersales area and private sales room, where they can receive assistance with their purchases from the highly-trained showroom hosts.
