Beaverbrooks now has three Rolex doors.
None use the Beaverbrooks name, but Loupe in Milton Keynes, Lyons in Croydon and Whittles in Preston, add up to a significant network of Rolex doors.
Beaverbrooks acquired Lyons Croydon in December 2019, Whittles Preston in November 2020, and opened its own Rolex-anchored multibrand concept, Loupe, in Milton Keynes in 2022.
Now they also have the support of a new Rolex Authorised Service Centre, which is attached to the Whittles showroom in Preston.
The 707 square foot facility is described as state-of-the-art by Beaverbrooks, and will be home to four Rolex-trained watchmakers with a combined 78 years of experience.
“We are delighted to provide clients with a unique, personalised service, in our beautiful new Rolex Authorised Service Centre at Whittles in Preston. We are incredibly proud to offer every type of servicing operation for a Rolex; from full services which include complete overhauls of movements, cases, and bracelets, to more specific operations such as bracelet adjustments and case refinishing,” says Nick Bucknell, head of retail and operations for Beaverbrooks’ three Rolex showrooms and the service centre.
“This service centre enhancement is part of an ambitious programme of refurbishments, relocations and expansions across the Beaverbrooks network, which both strengthens our commitment to Rolex and our existing clients,” he adds.
Beaverbrooks has not said it is joining the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watch programme, but the opening of an accredited service centre is an important step towards joining the potentially lucrative second hand watch initiative.
Beaverbrooks currently has 85 stores nationwide comprising of 64 Beaverbrooks stores, three Rolex-stockists and 16 dedicated brand boutiques.
