Alpina renews partnership with Freeride World Tour five years running

Alpina also supports Max Palm, a new member of Alpina’s Alpinists Team, and a freeride rising star competing in the entirety of the FWT for the first time in 2023.

Alpina has reiterated its partnership with the Freeride World Tour for the fifth consecutive year.

Not only the Official Partner and Timekeeper of the competition, Alpina also supports Max Palm, a new member of Alpina’s Alpinists Team, and a freeride rising star competing in the entirety of the FWT for the first time in 2023.

Starting in Kicking Horse Golden BC (Canada) from January 13th to 18th, the contest will continue in Spain, Andorra, and Austria to end on the impressive Bec des Rosses in Verbier, Switzerland, from March 25th until April 2nd, 2023.

In 2023, the world’s best athletes will return for the 16th version of the Freeride World Tour’s iconic series, ready to push the limits of what’s possible in the high mountains in their quest for the sport’s ultimate prize.

Sharing the same passion for adventure, Alpina and the FWT have been partnering since 2018, helping freeride athletes achieve their goal of mastering some of the most challenging lines the mountains have to offer.

As the Official partner and Timekeeper of the FWT, Alpina also supports the Swedish athlete Max Palm, new member of Alpina’s Alpinists team.

Oliver van Lanschot Hubrecht, Alpina’s Brand Director, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Max Palm in the Alpina team, a passionate and highly talented young athlete, who’s ambition to reach his summit is growing every day. We wish him all the best in his first entire Freeride World Tour season.”

This year, the Grand Finale returns to the undisputed home of freeride, the Bec des Rosses at Verbier, Switzerland.
