Accutron’s revival is continuing to gain momentum with additional styles and colours for its electrostatically powered space age watches.
New this month is the DNA Casino collection, a quartet of timepieces in green, blue, orange, and red inspired by the neon city skyline of Las Vegas.
Each colour is limited to 100 pieces.
The 45.1mm steel watches use Accutron’s proprietary electrostatic energy movement with its motor and turbine system that generates power and the smooth forward glide of the second hand.
They are worn on integrated rubber straps in the same colours as their open worked dials.

Accutron, has bizarrely confused things before, by introducing Mechanical Models in 1950-1960 era cases, when Accutron was always “Accuracy through Electronics” from it’s birth as a Tuning Fork and Accuracy Reference to Timekeeping and the World in the early 1960’s. Naming for Las Vegas Lights is a stretch, best left alone, the order of finish will be Blue, Red, Green to Orange, with room left for follow-up with Yellow, White, Black and Aubergine (Eggplant).
