Watch and jewellery retailer Chisholm Hunter recently took part in a retail event with a difference, setting up shop at the Tissot Truck at Silverstone, during the MotoGP earlier this month.
The retailer was joined by up-and-coming racer Bradley Smith, who signed autographs and memorabilia during the event.
Smith, a 21-year-old racer and Tissot ambassador, is tipped to be the first British racer to win the MotoGP championship since Barry Sheen. This is the 13th year that the sporty watch brand has sponsored the MotoGP worldwide race championship.
Tracey Brown, director of Chisholm Hunter, said: “We were really honoured to be the exclusive retailer of these beautiful limited edition watches at the Moto GP event and we were all very excited about taking the Chisholm Hunter brand into a completely new arena for us.
“Bradley Smith was absolutely charming and spent lots of time chatting to customers and fans – he is a terrific ambassador for the brand. Everyone really enjoyed taking part and sales far exceeded our expectations.”
