Zodiac will not only be exhibiting at WATCHPRO Salon this year, but will also be at the annual WATCHPRO Awards as sponsors of the Independent Watch Retailer category.
Taking place on 10th November at 8 Northumberland Avenue in London, the WATCHPRO Awards will once again celebrate the great work the watch industry has done over the past 12 months.
Reflecting on his brand’s attendance, Mike Pearson, International Brand Director for Zodiac, said: “We cannot wait to see everyone in London this November. Throughout the past year, we have been implementing a plan that will give us a fantastic platform from which to build upon as we look to grow Zodiac across the globe.”
He went on to comment on how he expects the Salon to contribute to further growth: “We believe that the WATCHPRO Salon is a perfect place to show the British watch community what we are building,” he explained.
Adding: “Every conversation I experienced at last year’s Salon helped me see that Zodiac had to be a part of this year’s festivities and we cannot wait to meet everyone.
From an international perspective, with Mr Pearson being based out of Dallas in Texas at the Fossil Group HQ, he believes the UK market is vital to success.
He said: “The UK is an incredibly special place for the watch industry. The British watch buying public are passionate and love to discover new stories that resonate with them and this all starts with the amazing retailer network that is all across the United Kingdom. There really is no place like it.
“I have lived for most of my professional life in the US and when I come home I am always blown away by the enthusiasm for watches within the country and the professionalism that I experience in every single store that I enter. Each store represents its brands impeccably and it seems to me that they all want to continue to innovate in this modern age and become even better than they already are for themselves and their customers and we can only do this by getting together and talking.”
Concluding: “We have a lot to be proud of in this Country and the way we celebrate the watch industry and the brands within it is something I am very proud to be a part of and even prouder to be bringing Zodiac to the UK market.”
