WATCHPRO MARKET takes place on Friday, May 13, and Saturday, May 14 at The Truman Brewery in Shoreditch, London.
The husband-and-wife team, Andy and Penny Richards-Good, at The Devoy Group Ltd, have over 25 years’ experience each within sales and marketing for luxury watch and blue-chip manufactures, and are keen to present their carefully curated portfolio of watches and watch accessories to the East end and City of London crowd.
“We are looking forward to the WATCHPRO Market to introduce some of our portfolio to a new audience, especially the original independent watch brand from the 90’s, IKEPOD with its interesting design history and tactile shape, and Giuliano Mazzuoli watches, combining Swiss technology and Italian Design,” Mr Good says.
IKEPOD’s first two launches in 1996 and 1997 were the Seaslug dive watch and the UFO, which was shaped like a flying saucer. Bringing the two together has created the shape and style of today’s Seapod collection, which comes in several versions including the Seapod Zale in black with orange hands and markers while Seapod Jacques is also blue, but with sky blue accents and Francois has a black PVD finish on the steel.
The IKEPOD SEAPOD Jacques on a blue rubber strap will be on sale at WATCHPRO Market for £1,295.

IKEPOD X TOM CHRISTOPHER
Visitors to the market will also have a rare opportunity to try and buy a limited edition IKEPOD created in collaboration with artist Tom Christopher, a painter famous for his street anthropology and urban geometry.
Limited to 200 pieces, the IKEPOD X TOM CHRISTOPHER watch uses the 46mm IKEPOD Megapod format with a Miyota 9039 Movement. It retails at £1275.

Giuliano Mazzuoli
For years Giuliano Mazzuoli had a dream of creating a watch with an innovative design, different than any other watch available on the market.

WATCHPRO Market is a two-day retail event, taking place at The Truman Brewery – East London’s revolutionary arts, street food, entertainment and media quarter, home to a hive of creative businesses as well as independent shops, galleries, markets bars and restaurants.
There are two editions in 2022 – a Spring/Summer event 13-14 May and a Christmas show 2-4 December.
