Tissot, the longstanding timekeeper of the American men’s NBA, has extended its support for basketball to the women’s game with the release of two co-branded limited edition Seastar watches.
Both 40mm watches have interchangeable orange and white straps carrying the W logo of official basketball manufacturer Wilson and made from the same Evo-NXT Premium Composite Material as its balls.
There is a mechanical piece that uses Tissot’s Powermatic 80 movement and a quartz model.
Both have 24-second basketball countdown shot clock timer bezels and carry the logos of Tissot, Wilson and the WMBA on their backs.
The Tissot Seastar Wilson WNBA Automatic with black dial is priced at £624 and the Tissot Seastar Wilson WNBA Quartz with a white dial is £425.
