T.H. Baker establishes fresh signature style at extended Horsham showroom

T.H. Baker has doubled the size of its showroom in Horsham to elevate the store for customers in the affluent Suffolk town.

T.H. Baker has doubled the size of its showroom in Horsham to elevate the store for customers in the affluent Suffolk town.

Business became a lot more competitive on the market town’s high street after family-owned jeweller Wakefields completed a major expansion and upgrade of its Rolex-anchored flagship store.

T.H. Baker says the new Horsham showroom — designed and installed by Redd Retail using PPD-designed cabinets — has a contemporary yet timeless design, which the retailer hopes will become a blueprint for all future stores.

Nigel Oliver, retail director for T.H. Baker and its sister businesses Burrells and Green & Benz, says the aim of the project was simple: “Increase the space and increase the branded areas to give the Horsham customer a true luxury experience while not losing the T.H. Baker family identity”.

The store is now more than double its former size at over 2000 square feet.

That has made space for private consultation areas as well as room for new jewellery and watch brands Tivon, Georg Jensen, Bremont, Baume & Mercier and Rado to line up alongside the existing Omega, Breitling, Chopard, TAG Heuer and Gucci displays.

Branch manager Anton Lebba, who started with T.H. Baker over 16 years’ ago as a weekend store worker, is taking charge of what T.H. Baker describes as its luxury flagship store.
