Richard Mille boutique opens in Sardinia

Richard Mille opened a boutique in Sardinia on June 19, in a luxury area hosted by Harrods.

The boutique is located in the Prestige Village at Porto Cervo, which is a luxury retail area that showcases a selection of brands hosted by Harrods and the Porto Cervo Marina.

The opening of the boutique was attended by some big names, including Richard Mille, football manager Roberto Mancini, Richard Mille business partner Dominique Guenat, and Peter Harrison, CEO Richard Mille, Europe Middle East and Africa.

A select group of Italian and European press were also present at the opening cocktail reception at the boutique, followed by dinner in one of Italy’s most renowned restaurants on the Costa Smeralda.

Porto Cervo is located in the natural harbour on the North East coastline of Sardinia and is one of the Mediterranean’s most famous and exclusive beachside resorts.

A statement from the watch brand said that its presence in Sardinia was down to the support and successful cooperation it has established with Harrods over a number of years.

In line with the London boutique located in Harrods’ Fine Watch Room, the new 50 square metre boutique in Porto Cervo showcases a comprehensive range of Richard Mille timepieces, including tourbillons and limited editions, as well as the latest releases such as the new RM 11-01 Roberto Mancini Flyback Chronograph and the RM 39-01 Automatic Aviation E6-B.

On show will also be a rare RM 003 Boutique Special Edition.
