Mr Jones Watches has reunited with Belgium artist, Kristof Devos, for a fourth time to create a mechanical version of its Enjoy The Ride Watch, which features a spinning ferris wheel on its dial.
Mr Kristof is behind some of Mr Jones’s most popular designs including A perfectly useless afternoon, A perfectly useless morning and A perfectly useless evening.
Mr Jones tends to release new designs as limited editions, historically quartz-based, with the most popular put into production for its core collection.
Enjoy The Ride was first released in June 2022 with a limited run of 100 watches that sold out in under half an hour.
Today’s reissue uses a three-hand Swiss-made automatic mechanical movement, which can be seen from the back.
It has short yellow hours and minutes hands, and the 12 gondolas of the ferris wheel represent seconds, so they are in constant motion.
The watch is on sale from today for £545.
