MB&F presents itself as comic book superhero of watchmaking counter-culture

MB&F CEO Maximilian Büsser, along with his creative and engineering team, have starred in their own video describing the origins and aims of the maverick watchmaking business.

The video talks about the values of MB&F and how they are used in their timepieces. “Rest assured, this is not your usual corporate video featuring grandiloquent 18th century origins, dusty watchmakers and snow-covered Manufactures,” the company promises.

The company adopts the slogan that a “creative adult is a child who survived”, and turns this into a comic strip story where executives explain the culture of the company and its vision for watchmaking.

MB&F watches are “kinetic sculptures for your wrist,” we are told. The company opens a “floodgate of creativity,” the video adds.
