Luxe Watches launches state-of-the-art service centre

Essex-based trader expands its servicing operation.

Pre-owned watch specialist Luxe Watches has opened a state-of-the-art service centre.

The Essex-based business has been trading in the finest luxury watches from the likes of  Rolex, Patek Philippe and Omega since its establishment in 2011.

It moved to open a new showroom in Epping in 2020, but kept its previous store, which has been converted to a service centre for contemporary and vintage timepieces.

It is staffed by a team of seasoned watchmakers and highly skilled polishers with expertise in every aspect of luxury watch maintenance.

At the core of the newly opened facility is a comprehensive suite of services tailored to address the unique needs of each watch, using only genuine manufacturer parts and tools to repair and examine.

Nicholas Hickey, managing director at Luxe Watches, says he is thrilled to unveil the new service centre as it extends Luxe Watches’ growing business.

“With a highly experienced team deeply passionate about horology, we strive to exceed your expectations. Even if your watch is past its prime, our watchmakers can breathe new life into it with meticulous attention to detail,” he describes.

Luxe Watches recommends servicing a luxury watch every two to five years, but if issues like running too slow or fast arise, an earlier service is advised.
