Lunn’s Jewellers sales rise 2% ahead of Rolex boutique opening in Belfast

Northern Ireland's premier jeweller maintains growth.

Lunn’s Jewellers increased sales by 2% to £38.5 million in its latest financial year, which ended in February 2025.

Operating profit was flat, year-on-year, at £2.8 million.

Profit was maintained despite a major investment in the building of a new Rolex boutique at Belfast’s historic Queen’s Arcade, which is owned by the business.

Lunn’s spent £5.5 million on the Rolex boutique, which opened in June 2025.

It was the latest in a series of major projects that have transformed the Victorian Queen’s Arcade into the epicentre of luxury watch retail in Belfast, with Lunn’s offering Patek Philippe, fine jewellery, TAG Heuer, Tudor, Breitling and other Swiss watch brands in a parade of monobrand and multibrand stores.

Having completed the Rolex boutique, the business is now turning its attention to refurbishing its Lunn’s multibrand jewellery and watch showroom, which houses Patek Philippe.

“The next big project is expanding our Patek Philippe presence. We want to create a space that reflects the prestige of the brand while fitting seamlessly into the arcade. We’re also exploring ways to add more hospitality — creating experiences that go beyond retail, so people want to linger and enjoy the space,” says Susie Lunn, the company’s marketing and creative director.
