Hamilton has continued to cement its position as the definitive cinema watch brand, closing the Cannes Film Festival by sponsoring the film Zulu, written and directed by Cannes newcomer Jérôme Salle.
This is not the first time Hamilton has been at Cannes, most recently Hamilton watches were worn in the 2009 French film Les Herbes Folles which debuted at Cannes.
Zulu stars Forest Whittaker and Orlando Bloom and is set in urban South Africa. It can now be added to the archive of films featuring the Hamilton watches, along with fellow South Africa-set movie Blood Diamond in which Jennifer Connelly wore a Hamilton Khaki King.
Zulu also features the Khaki range and every actor is seen wearing a Hamilton watch, most notably Forest Whittaker who sports a Khaki Field Titanium. The Khaki collection has been worn by many household names in iconic films including Sylvester Stallone in Cliffhanger, Will Smith in I Am Legend and Josh Hartnett in Pearl Harbour.
Zulu will be released on November 6 2013.
