Glashütte Original has combined diamonds, mother-of-pearl and the colour of roses for its chosen watch for Valentine’s Day.
The Lady Serenade comes in a polished steel 36mm case with a mother-of-pearl dial carrying oversized Arabic hours outlined in hues fading from rose to violet.
The dial is framed by a bezel decorated with 52 brilliant-cut diamonds.
Only 50 are being made, each sold on a Louisiana alligator leather strap in rose blossom red.
Alternatively, the watch is also available on a classic steel bracelet.
White gold hours, minutes and seconds hands, plus the date, are powered by an automatic calibre 39-22.
