French jeweller Poiray flies the flag

French Tricolore flag colours adopted for latest Art Deco timepiece.

French jeweller Poiray has been making watches with its own name on the dials since 1980.

They are sold through its own prime city centre Poiray boutiques and through scores of points of sale at department stores and other jewellers.

Its Ma Première collection debuted in 1985 and gained popularity thanks to the watches’ customizable elements including a range of colourful interchangeable straps.

Poiray’s latest novelty is the Ma Première Tricolore, which celebrates the brand’s French origins with a glossy white dial, navy blue hands and a red, white and blue calf leather strap.

The Tricolore in steel retains all other common elements of the Ma Première family including their distinctive Art Deco-inspired square bezel, minimalist dials and quartz movements.

It is on sale now for €2,190.
