88 Rue du Rhone co-founder Elie Bernheim said: “Our vision for launching the 88 Rue du Rhone Film Month is to showcase the precision, independent thinking and craftsmanship that goes into each element of producing a film.

"Our partnership with BAFTA is extremely important to use and reaches way beyond just the ceremonies during the awards season. We wanted to create an annual partnership with the organisation that enables us to offer the public incredible, unique access to some of the most revered faces in the film industry and to be able to educate themselves on how the business works as a whole."

The film month launches on Wednesday will run until June 26.
