Glasgow-based watch brand Kennett has been shortlisted for an award at the Scottish Fashion Awards 2013.
Kennett will go head to head with jewellers Catherine Zoraida, Georgia Wiseman and Jane Gowans, hair accessory brand House of Halos, milliner Jenivieve Berlin, shoemaker Govan Originals and eyewear brand Finlay & Co to scoop the gong in the Accessory category of the awards.
The watch brand was also nominated for the award in the 2012 leg of the awards but was beaten to the gong by milliner William Chambers.
The winner will be unveiled at a ceremony hosted this year by Laura Whitmore on October 9th at Dover House in London – this is the first time that the awards will be held in London. The Scottish Fashion Awards recognises influential Scottish talent in the fields of fashion design, textiles, retail, fashion communication, modelling and accessories both in Scotland and around the world.
