Harrods has opened its first Fine Watch Room outside of the Knightsbridge store at Heathrow Airport’s new Terminal 2.

Inspired by the look and feel of the original Fine Watch Room at Harrods, the 1,700sqft travel retail space has pride of place within the departures lounge.

Described as ‘contemporary and masculine’ the space reflects the luxury of Harrods’ own Fine Watch Room which opened late in 2011, with black granite entrances, limestone mosaic pathways with gold accents, parquet flooring and glass cylindrical tanks. An egg-shaped glass exterior greets shoppers and products are displayed in floor to ceiling display cases.
