Zeitwinkel has teamed up with watch collectors club CronotempVs to create a special edition ZW0102 that will be available for club members and the public to buy.
The “126” Zeitwinkel CronotempVs Collectors’ exclusive watch is expected to be made in time for delivery in the fall of this year.
CronotempVs was founded in 2009 and has members in 18 different countries. Members have had access to 16 different special edition watches over the past decade.
Zeitwinkel wants to show off the innovation in its automatic manufacture movement, which has bridges and plates made from uncoated German silver which is more difficult to handle and cannot hide any mistakes in decoration or fingerprints. This means it ages beautifully in a warm metallic color.
All components of the movement are bevelled and decorated by hand and every one is assembled by hand by a single watchmaker.
CronotempVs was intimately involved in the design of the three hand watch, which has a dial dominated by a German silver center that glows with an almost golden light, surrounded by a tapisserie pattern.
The watch is priced at €9,600 plus tax, and is worn on a nubuck leather strap.
WATCHPRO Salon 2022
Zeintwinkel is one of the confirmed exhibitors at the 2022 WATCHPRO Salon, a showcase of prestige watchmakers where collectors, brands, retailers and press meet in 5-star luxury.
Back for a second time after a spectacular debut in 2021, the two-day event takes place from November 11 to 12 at The Londoner, one of the capital’s most spectacular 5-star hotels on London’s Leicester Square.
