WOLF’s growing sales through retailers and wholesalers across the UK, Europe and the Middle East has prompted the promotion of Chloe Spencer to director of sales for the UK and Ireland.
The role will bring greater focus to this country’s operation, the company says.
Ms Spencer has over decade of experience within the watch and jewellery market and has been a part of the WOLF team for over four years.
“It all started 10 years ago for me as a sales assistant to an independent jewellery shop and eventually growing into a managerial and buying position. Being on the buying and retail side has helped me incredibly on my journey in knowing what my customers look for from a brand. Working for WOLF has opened my eyes to the vast opportunities not just in the watch and jewellery world but in the entire luxury sector, the watch market alone is a £70 billion industry globally and anyone who owns a watch needs a WOLF,” she says.
WOLF believes building sales is a team effort with support between supplier, wholesalers and retailers.
“Sales is all about building relationships with the customer and ensuring sell through with aids like sales training and fantastic store displays, when you pair this with a great looking product that provides world class performance (our patented technology) it is an unbeaten formula for success. Although WOLF in the UK has had incredible growth over the last few years, we really have only scratched the surface of what’s possible in the world of luxury and I am very excited to take the reins on 2021,” Ms Spencer shares.
