Cooper Brand Management has signed a distribution deal to bring Spanish watch brand Watx & Colors to the UK.
The partnership was effective at the beginning of this month and Cooper Brand Management said that it has plans to open 300 doors for the brand in the UK.
Cooper Brand Management owner Damian Cooper told WatchPro that he intends to target specialist watch shops, jewellers and department stores. Cooper expects that key Watx lines for the UK market will be the interchangeable Original and XS watches, which are available in 10 colours and have recommended retail prices of £44.99.
Watx a brand created by Spanish company Cardaso Group. While Watx is Cardaso’s own brand, it represents 20 watch, jewellery and accessories brands in Spain, Portugal and Andorra including Seiko, Moschino, Victorinox, Michael Kors, Burberry and DKNY through distribution and licensing deals.
Watx will sit alongside Cooper Brand Management’s other watch brand Marea, which is also a Spanish brand.
