Kartel aw17 collection

Scotland’s Kartel dramatically expands its line up for Autumn/Winter 2017

Scottish watchmaking company Kartel has added to two new models to its line up and updated its best-selling Kendrick and Lewis families, for Autumn/Winter 2017.

All the new models are now cased in stainless steel, and upgrade from the previously used alloy.

They now use flat glass, which is better for looking at the dials from all angles.

Dials have more depth using a multi-layer design, and each uses ‘Designed Scotland’ featuring on the face.

The AW17 line up comprises updates to Kendrick and the entry-level Lewis, plus Cuillin, a 43mm stainless steel calendar watch, and Sinclair, which has a round-edged square case.

A wider range of straps has also been developed. Options now include leather and Harris tweed in several colours, chain mesh and a new metal link bracelet.

The growing list of options gives Kartel and retail partners including Watch Shop and Watch Hut a wider spread of price points starting with the Lewis at £69 up to the Cuillin selling for £129-139.
