Raymond Weil wants to build on critical acclaim for its Millesime collection by highlighting the range of models in its classical watch collection.
The Millesime 2930 automatic small seconds timepiece recently won the Grand Prix de l’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) 2023 Challenge Watch Prize.
It sits in a collection with the ref. 2925, which has a central seconds hand.
What the GHPG jury discovered was the quality of finishing for watches selling for £1,395 to £1,695.
“From the delicate assembly of the mechanical self-winding movement to the intricate finishing touches, every component is crafted with the utmost care. The result is a symphony of complex details that captivates watch enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike,” Raymond Weil says.
Both the three-hander and the small seconds models come in a slender 39.5mm stainless steel case, with some offered in a gold colour.
Dials are are segmented into quarters, with hours, minutes and seconds displayed on both the central seconds and small seconds models.
Up close, the dial reveals contrasting finishes: the hour track is smooth, the minute track is snailed and the central area of the dial has a vertical brush finish.
Raymond Weil is offering a choice of salmon, black, silver and blue dials this year.
