Fledgling British brand, OWL Watches, has appointed Black Diamond to handle its public relations.
The agency lists Movado, Hugo Boss watches, Coach and Dower & Hall on its web site in a roster of over 50 retained clients.
OWL has just released its Belfast collection of women’s fashion watches, with designs inspired by the punched leather patterns of classic brogue shoes.
Four different colours are available, retailing for £105.
