Misuzu Corporation, a Japanese business that distributes a range of watch brands in the country, has bought Jaermann & Stubi, a specialist in watches for golfers.
Misuzu expanded from a computer wholesaler into a watch distributor that works with Citizen, Casio and Seiko as sell as smaller brands like Catorex and Union Hologere and Roberto Cavalli watches.
The company has been a long term distributor for Jaermann & Stubi before it acquired the business.
Jaermann & Stubi makes luxury timepieces with links to famous golfers and golf clubs. It holds a number of licenses to produce watches for some of the world’s most prestigious clubs.
The watches, which also have functionality to help golfers keep track of their rounds, are on sale in the Golf Room of Harrods in the UK.
