Maurice Lacroix’s latest addition to the Masterpiece Gravity series is a 43mm piece with a striking cutaway dial design.
The brand uses its Masterpiece collections to demonstrate the top end of its watchmaking and design skills.
The 2017 Masterpiece Gravity adopts the enduringly popular colour blue on both its dial and strap but the main design feature is the way the oscillator is exposed so that the wearer can see it beating.
The blue lacquered off-center hour and minutes display is paired with rhodium- plated hour and minute hands.
Sitting below the hour and minutes display is a matching blue small seconds display.
The watch is priced at £8500 in the UK.
