Title: High Complication Watch Brand Manager

We are looking to evolve and enhance our collection of high-quality watch brands and are seeking an experienced individual to manage the collection and sale of our high complication watch offering.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a clear brand strategy, ensuring all activities adhere to the Company strategy
- Create business plans and sales strategies to maximise sales
- Deliver agreed sales, market share and profit targets for the brands for which you are responsible
- Drive sales by consulting with high-end customers to understand their requirements, whilst delivering exceptional customer service
- Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programmes & brand performance, adjusting plans in line with learnings
- Propose and help deliver events to drive sales
To be successful you will be:
- Have an excellent knowledge of watches generally, and a good understanding of high complication watches
- Passionate about watches and have experience of working with leading luxury watch brands
- Proven experience of both retail and online watch sales
- Open minded, innovative and proactive with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organisation and presentation skills
- Strong negotiator & problem solver, highly driven & self-motivated
