HERBELIN, the French watchmaker formerly known as Michel Herbelin, is marking its 75th anniversary this year with its change of name, the opening of its first boutique in Paris, and the launch of an ultra-slim hand wound version of its signature Newport watch.
The Newport Slim Skeleton comes in a numbered limited series of 500 pieces and will be displayed for the first time publicly at WATCHPRO Salon, which takes place from November 11 to 12 at The Londoner Hotel on Leicester Square.

“This is a traditional timepiece interpreted in a contemporary key, echoing the spirit of the world’s first HERBELIN flagship store that recently opened in Paris’ Saint-Germain-des- Prés district,” the company says.
Its 42mm stainless steel case houses a skeletonised manually wound Sellita SW-210 1 movement, which is on show via a transparent case back.
It is water resistant to 30 metres and yours for £1,625.
