Fratello teams up with Frederique Constant to launch limited edition on a new ecommerce store


Online watch title Fratello is pivoting into ecommerce; following a path trodden first by America’s Hodinkee.

The Netherlands-based business unveils its first exclusive watch for its online shop today, a Frederique Constant Classic Moonphase Manufacture.

There is a Dutch collaboration behind the scenes, with Fratello founder and editor Robert-Jan Broer and fellow Dutchman Peter Stas, CEO of Frederique Constant, cooking up the idea between them.

Produced in a run of just 29 units, the watch houses Frederique Constant’s automatic FC-712 manufacture movement driving date and moonphase complications and decorated with Côtes de Genève stripes.

It comes in a 42mm steel case with a grey dial adorned with white printed indexes and polished white hands.

The watch is worn on a blue leather strap and retails for €2,595 to customers within the European Union.
