Clarity & Success Easypro Picture for repairs

Watch and jewellery service centres and repair shops are the target market for an extension module to Clarity & Success’s Evolution system that logs and tracks photographs of items through a workshop.

Easypro Picture is an all-in-one system with camera and stand that allows the instant addition of detailed and simple images of jewellery or watches to the inventory system, meaning that the documentation of a repair, goods receipt or trade-ins purchase becomes easier.

“Easypro Picture makes repair documentation child’s play for every jeweller and goldsmith,” says Karen Russell, managing director of Clarity & Success UK. “After just a few seconds you can see the live camera view on the computer screen.”

The camera transfers the images directly into the repair database of the management software and ensures complete order entry from a single source. Every detail of the watch, clock or piece of jewellery to be processed is recorded, which simplifies the management of the repair documentation and avoids disputes with customers.

In July, Clarity & Success, which operates predominately in the UK and Germany, acquired Bransom, its closest competitor in the market for EPOS and CRM systems for jewellers. At the moment neither brand has a significant presence in the USA, but a spokesperson told WatchPro it is market that is being looked at for growth “in the near future”.
