Breitling has added travel watch Transocean Chronograph GMT to its Transocean collection.
The timepiece, which is entirely developed and produced in the Breitling workshop, features a self-winding chronograph calibre B04 and has a second time zone function. On entering a different country, the wearer simply pulls out the crown and turns it forwards or backwards in one-hour increments in order to instantly adjust to the time and date of the new time zone. At the same time they can see the 24-hour home-time indication.
Breitling is creating a limited series of 200 in red gold and a limited 2,000 in steel. The watches feature a guilloché dial and a transparent sapphire crystal caseback, which is somewhat of a rarity for Breitling, revealing the calibre B04.
